Meta | Program Manager | Portal (Contract)

As the interim Program Manager for Meta’s Portal product, I led the planning and execution of high-impact retail and digital experiences designed to drive product discovery, trial, and conversion at global scale. Operating at the intersection of product, creative, and retail operations, I owned complex, cross-functional initiatives that translated product strategy into tangible, customer-facing experiences across physical and digital environments.

  • Owned end-to-end delivery of retail and display programs for the Portal hardware line, spanning concept development, creative production, vendor execution, deployment, and performance optimization across global markets.

  • Led cross-functional teams across product marketing, creative, engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand retail experiences that balanced creative ambition with hardware, retail, and logistical constraints.

  • Oversaw development of in-store and digital display systems designed to showcase Portal’s value proposition, support hands-on product trial, and improve customer understanding in retail environments.

  • Managed external agencies and fabrication partners, ensuring quality, budget adherence, timeline delivery, and consistency across regions while adapting executions for local retail requirements.

  • Established operational workflows and performance tracking, using qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on creative execution, improve rollout efficiency, and inform future retail strategies.
